Yes, Sunshine Community Support Services is a registered NDIS provider. We work with agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants. Servicing the Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Mary Valley, Imbil & Gympie regions.
Simply contact us via our online contact form, phone or email. Once we have worked with you to arrange supports, you can complete our online Participant Intake Form.
We have a team of qualified support workers that can support you with respite in our dedicated respite house in Imbil, or we can tailor the respite to your interests and support needs in a hotel/motel environment. Prefer to bring your own support workers, yes - we can work within these arrangements as well.
SIL is an NDIS support that helps people with disability live as independently as possible while receiving help with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, personal care and medication.
Yes, we offer fully supported SIL homes, providing both the accommodation and daily support services tailored to each participant’s needs.
